Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Terms of Use - This web site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Content on this site may contain errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. On The Fly Jack Plates, LLC and its partnered companies reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, without limitation.

Warning

  1. Never adjust the height of your Jack plate while the vessel is underway.
  2. Always check the tightness of each nut, bolt, and screw before each use.
  3. Always attach emergency kill switch lanyard to your wrist, life jacket, or an article of clothing.
  4. Follow all Coast Guard rules and regulations while operating a vessel.
  5. If Jack plate is altered or modified, it will be subject to a warranty void.
  6. Always keep all body parts, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts. 
  7. Installation of a motor safety cable is recommend with motor bracket along with bolting your engine to the Jack plate itself. 
  8. Rated to a maximum horsepower or 30hp.

Shipping and Delivery - For the time being, On the Fly Jack Plates, LLC ships merchandise only within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered within this web site shall pass to you when the merchandise is deemed delivered to the shipping carrier. As for back orders, due to high volumes of sales, we will do our best to hurry the process and get your purchased product to you as soon as possible. We will send you updates to the email address the original customer gave us.

Sales Tax - On The Fly jack Plates, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Warranties - New On The Fly Jack Plates comes with a limited warranty. This warranty covers for up to one year from the date of purchase against defects due to workmanship/materials of the jack. We will cover for up to three years from the date of purchase against defects in the workmanship of the jack plate housing/structure.

This warranty includes only the parts that prove to be defective during the span of the warranty that will be repaired or replaced at our option. You, the buyer will be responsible for paying for a percentage of the return of the defective part and you will also be responsible for the percentage of the return shipment of the repair or replaced parts.

This warranty will void if we suspect that the jack looks like it has been tampered with. If the jack looks like it has been disassembled before the broken or defective part is returned, this warranty will void.

A return authorization has to be issued by On The Fly Jack Plates, LLC prior to the return of the broken or defective parts. If you would like to extend your warranty past the manufactures warranty, it will be $5.00 per month on a monthly billing date until you decide you don’t want a warranty anymore. The initial buyer can cancel the extended warranty at any time.

If the user decides to use an On The Fly Jack Plate for a racing application, this warranty will void. This also goes for improper handling that the warning label forbids you to do such as adjust while the boat is underway.

This warranty will void if an accident occurs due to misuse or abuse.

In case of a liability claim, all accidental damage or non-warrantied damage will void if not followed correctly.

The warranty return agreement that you will find in your owners manual will only be valid if you mail it to On The Fly Jack Plates, LLC within the 30 day grace period.

Return Policy - We have a 30 day return policy. No returns will be accepted without an issued return number. Returns made for reasons other than defective merchandise made by On The Fly Jack Plates, LLC error will be charged a 15% handling charge. Any return that arrives damaged will be evaluated and charged accordingly to fix damage. If not repairable, the returned product will not be accepted.
